Ceramic rubber composite lining plate adopts a hot vulcanization process, which combines toughened and wear-resistant ceramics and rubber vulcanization to form a rubber ceramic two in one lining plate. It is also possible to directly vulcanize toughened wear-resistant ceramic sheets and special rubber onto steel plates with countersunk bolts, forming various shapes of three in one wear-resistant ceramic lining plates for easy installation and replacement.
Used as an wear-resistant lining for material conveying equipment at room temperature, capable of withstanding certain material impacts. Such as silos, hoppers, mixers, coal hoppers, coal pipes, raw coal silos, inlet and outlet pipes of coal mills, chutes, etc.
