The wear-resistant tile 3-in-1 lining is a composite of wear-resistant ceramic, rubber and steel plates. It is a small square wear-resistant ceramic that is vulcanized at high temperature in a steel tank to replace special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining. Creates a wear-resistant layer that is both impact-resistant and cushion-resistant.
The wear-resistant ceramic 2-in-1 composite liner is a composite of wear-resistant ceramic and rubber. It is a small square wear-resistant ceramic, which is vulcanized (replaced) at high temperature in special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber liner, and the gasket is bonded to the steel plate of the inner shell of the equipment using a high-strength organic adhesive installed in the equipment at medium heat to form a strong and cushioned wear-resistant layer. Wear-resistant ceramic 2-in-1 composite liners come in two forms:1. Composite materials of wear-resistant ceramics and steel plates, fixed to the equipment by countersunk bolts or welding; 2. The other is a composite of rubber and ceramic, which uses a cold way to put the adhesive into the hopper of the chute. Conveying medium, different working conditions, different environments (temperatures), depending on different wear conditions.
Three-in-one liner is mainly used in thermal power industry (drop liner), steel industry (blast furnace hopper, step mixer), cement building materials industry (raw material clinker chute), smelting industry (hopper), machinery industry (funnel), coal industry (transfer station chute), mining industry (primary crushing, fine crushing transfer chute hopper), chemical industry (chute), silicone industry (first, second, three-stage cyclone dust collector), coal chemical industry (coal falling pipe), port terminal (ship unloader hopper), Equipment for the heavy grinding industry such as commercial expansion industry (mixer liners) and automotive manufacturing.
