1. Hardness and wear resistance
High hardness: The hardness of alumina ceramics is extremely high, second only to diamond, and much higher than traditional metal materials such as wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. This makes it excellent in terms of abrasion resistance, effectively resisting abrasions and scratches.
Superior wear resistance: The wear resistance of alumina wear-resistant ceramics is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the use of alumina ceramic wear parts can extend the service life of the equipment by at least ten times.
2. Chemical stability
Good chemical stability: alumina ceramic wear-resistant parts have good stability to most acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals, and are not easy to undergo chemical reactions. This property gives it a significant advantage in applications that require corrosion resistance, such as in the chemical industry.
3. High temperature stability
High temperature resistance: Alumina ceramic wear-resistant parts can work for a long time in a high-temperature environment and are not easy to deform or fail. This makes it more widely used in high-temperature working environments, such as coal mills, ash discharge pipes and other components in coal-fired power plants.
