How to improve the impact resistance of wear-resistant ceramic lining?

It is found that the impact resistance of wear-resistant ceramic liner can be greatly improved by some special processes. 

1. Surface design spherical protrusions: the unique mechanical properties of spherical protrusions allow the lining to be evenly distributed by the impact force, reducing the possibility of the lining to be broken by the impact, it is a common method to improve the impact resistance of wear-resistant ceramic liner.

2.  increase the rubber area: wear-resistant ceramic lining board is mostly used with rubber compound, rubber impact ability is very strong。

   So it could take advantage of the two products with ceramic wear-resistant, with rubber impact. 

   3 .The impact resistance of wear-resistant ceramics was greatly improved by adding a certain proportion of zirconia.
