Instructions for using wear-resistant ceramic adhesive

1.Surface treatment

Ensure that the construction surface is clean, flat, and free of impurities and dust. Use sandpaper or grinding wheel to surface treat the ceramic lining, remove surface dirt, and ensure a clean surface.

Select appropriate adhesives based on the working environment and temperature requirements, such as wear-resistant ceramic adhesive, epoxy resin, etc.

2. Glue preparation and application

According to the instructions for the selected adhesive, mix the adhesive and curing agent evenly in proportion. Apply the prepared adhesive evenly to the support or construction surface, ensuring that the adhesive layer is even and not too thick. Stick the processed ceramic lining directly onto the support or construction surface coated with glue, ensuring full contact between the ceramic lining and the glue layer. Use appropriate tools or equipment to compact the ceramic lining and secure its position to prevent displacement during the curing process.

3. Curing

According to the instructions for the selected adhesive, wait for the adhesive to fully cure. Usually, the curing time of epoxy resin may take 24 hours or longer.

After curing, use tools such as a small hammer to gently tap the ceramic lining and listen for any hollow sounds to check the bonding quality. If necessary, other detection methods can be used for further inspection
